31-Night Trial for Weighted Products
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day cancellation window — no explanation needed. For weighted blankets, enjoy a 31-night trial so you can test them comfortably at home.
🔄 How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, simply email us at info@gravity-deken.nl with your order number and let us know you'd like to return your item. A short message is all we need — no forms required (unless you prefer to use one).
Please note: The address on our website is not our return address. Once you register your return, we’ll send you full instructions and the correct return address via email.
🚚 Return Shipping
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use any shipping service of your choice. For your peace of mind, we recommend keeping the receipt or a tracking number as proof of shipment.
📦 Condition of Returned Items
We kindly ask that all returned items are sent back in their original condition. You are welcome to try out our products, but they must remain in clean, undamaged, and resalable condition.
If an item is returned soiled, damaged, or dirty, we reserve the right to deduct up to 75% of the product’s price from your refund, and you will receive only 25% of the original value. Unfortunately, such products cannot be resold and must be discarded.
💳 Refunds
As soon as we receive your returned item — or proof that it has been shipped — we will issue your refund within 14 days, using the original payment method. This includes any standard delivery fees you paid. There are no additional fees or hidden charges.
🛍️ Outlet Products
Items purchased from our Outlet section can still be returned. However, refunds for these items will be issued as store credit, so you can select another product you love.
