Privacy-sensitive data, or personal data, is processed via our online store. GravityBlankets® Netherlands considers careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.

Process order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this we use your e-mail address, IP address, billing address, date of birth, name and address details and payment details. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We store this information until your order has been completed. We keep certain customer data for a longer period in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation.

You can ask us questions or make requests using the contact form.

We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe.

Your email address will only be added to the subscriber list with your permission. This data is kept until you cancel the subscription.
