Placing an order at our webshop is very fast, easy and safe. The exact delivery time of the product you want to order is always clearly stated on the product page of the product in question.

All Gravity and Balance weighted blankets are handmade especially for you. At the moment all orders are made per order. Due to the high demand for our blankets, they are currently shipped from our distribution center in Germany or Poland. After ordering, your blanket is handmade with all the care and love. This process takes about 1 working day for our Gravity blankets and 2 working days for the Balance. Your blanket is then packed and shipped via DPD or GLS. Below is the current delivery time of our weighted blankets at the moment. We recommend that you always consult the product page for the current delivery time and stock level.

Current delivery time:

Gravity Basic and Gravity Blanket: 3 to 5 working days (due to high demand this may take a little longer at the moment)
Premium Balance Blanket: 6 to 7 business days (Due to the current workload this may take a little longer)

Placing an order

Placing an order at GravityBlankets® Netherlands is very easy. You can place an order by adding one of our products to your shopping cart. The prices listed with our products include VAT. It is also possible to change products, quantities and remove them in your shopping cart. During checkout you can also redeem a discount code.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship your order insured with TNT, GLS, DPD or PostNL. You will receive a tracking number with which you can follow the order. The delivery time varies per product and is clearly indicated on the product page of the product in question. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can help you further.

All products are shipped FREE of charge from us.

Returns

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. For all weighted blankets we extend the legal term to 31 nights , so that you have plenty of time to try our blankets. The cancellation period expires 31 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GravityBlankets Nederland, Osloweg 131, 9723BK Groningen
info@gravity-deken.nl by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by
post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Outlet

Products from the outlet can be returned, but will be refunded in the form of store credit for our website. So keep this in mind when ordering products from our outlet.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this agreement, we will reimburse to you all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel this agreement.

We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.

You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
