To order
Placing an order at our webshop is very quick, easy and safe. The exact delivery time of the product you want to order is always clearly stated on the product page of the product in question.
All Gravity and Balance weighted blankets are handmade especially for you. Currently all orders are made per order. Due to the high demand for our blankets, they are currently shipped from our distribution center in Germany or Poland. After ordering, your blanket will be handmade with all the care and love. This process takes approximately 1 business day for our Gravity blankets and 2 business days for the Balance. Your blanket will then be packed and shipped via DPD or GLS. Below is the current delivery time of our weighted blankets. We recommend that you always consult the product page for the current delivery time and stock level.
Current delivery time:
Gravity Basic and Gravity Blanket: 3 to 5 working days (due to busy times this may take a little longer)
Premium Balance Blanket: 6 to 7 working days (due to crowds this may take a little longer at the moment)
Our products can also be tested and ordered online at Productpine . All our common sizes and weights are in stock here. Be quick, because we are quickly running out of stock. Place an order
Placing an order with GravityBlankets® Netherlands is very easy. You can place an order by adding one of our products to your shopping cart. The prices stated for our products include VAT. It is also possible to change and delete products, quantities in your shopping cart. You can also redeem a discount code during checkout.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship your order insured with TNT, GLS, DPD or PostNL. You will be sent a tracking number with which you can track the order. The delivery time varies per product and is clearly indicated on the product page of the relevant product. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you further.
All products are shipped FREE from us.
Returns
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. We extend the legal period for all weighted blankets to 31 nights , so that you have plenty of time to try our blankets. The withdrawal period expires 31 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us (GravityBlankets Nederland, Keizersgracht 391A, 1016EJ Amsterdam,
info@gravity-deken.nl via an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing per
post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so.

Outlet
Products from the outlet can be returned, but will be refunded in the form of store credit for our website. So keep this in mind when ordering products from our outlet.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that time, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
We will refund you using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any costs for such a refund.
We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us.
You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of the return are at your expense. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
