Recommended blanket weight for adults

We advise you to choose a blanket that is approximately 10% of your body weight. Are you stuck? Please contact us and we will be happy to help you determine the right weight for you!

Please note!: The total weight is a combination of the weight of the blanket and the cover together. The weight can sometimes be slightly lower or higher, but this has no influence on the operation. The weight is therefore lower with a weighted blanket with a cotton cover. We therefore recommend choosing a weight class higher.
